Hi am!

Welcome to forums!

When you go for owner financing, make sure that you sign an agreement with the buyer. You can contact an attorney who may help you in drafting the agreement. Include all the important points in the agreement in regards to owner financing. Also include the actions you can take against the buyer in case of payment defaults. The owner financing agreement should be signed by both the parties - seller and buyer. This will serve as a protection for you.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
