HI I WAS WONDERING ON A PAYDAY LOAN YOU PAY THEM BACK WHAT YOU OWE THEM AND THEY SEND YOU LETTERS HARASS YOU SAYING THAT YOU HAVE UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY TO PAY THEM OR THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SURE YOU GO TO JAIL CAN THEY DO THAT BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT U DIDNT PAY THEM SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE

Smith, have you been harrassed by payday lenders? I don't know why but these lenders keep on asking for more money even if you've paid them for the payday loan you've taken once. A lot of people complain here about payday loan companies like the SJM Marketing and Geneva Roth. But I don't know why no serious actions are being taken against them.

I have been advised by people who went to these payday lenders to stay away from them. They are worse than collection agencies. I have heard horrible stories like the one you are going through now. I really hope you can get rid of the problem. I haven't heard of anyone going to jail but some say it would have been better than dealing with the pay day lenders.

depending on the amount they are asking for and claiming that you still owe, and depending on what proof you already have, it may be useful to hire an investigator to fight your side of the fight. just a thought, but i had a lender try to come after me after i paid a loan off early, and i hired an investigator to prevent them from attacking my credit and harassing me.
