I am sure that Pa has their eye on it, they don't miss much when it comes to their residents.

Pennsylvania has always been a law making state, they will push the boundaries and set laws that seem really strict for the companies to follow to protect their citizens, however they should be citizen friendly, because they tax the crap out of them. So much so that there are alot of business's leaving the great state to make their product elsewhere, production is cheaper and it does not cost so much to operate. We have local companies running south on us because of these outrageous taxes that the companies are forced to pay.

Yeah for PA, love this state and what it does for it residents, but I do agree, we pay a lot of taxes. Especially if you are a working, smoking, homeowner!!!!!

It is a great state to be on welfare!!!

They do stay up on things, however there are companies out there that will find the loopholes everytime and take advantage of it, the best thing to do is stay abreast on the laws that govern these payday loans and then try to avoid these companies altogether.

I have been there since I have been dealing with payday loans, the banking website had all the lawsuit information against them and that put them out of the state. It gets really detailed on there. I watched it for a while because I was hoping that they would make these companies pay the consumers back but it never come to that.

I have been there and seen it, they are really agressive against these predatory lenders, it is good that they stick up for the residents of pennsylvania, it is too bad that the other states don't take the same stance on things, it would help a lot of folks out.
