If I defer a mortgage payment or two to the end of my loan, what happens to the interest and principal for those payments?

Can the last payment be a balloon? Is it permissible to capitalize the deferred interest?

What kind of disclosures are required by the mortgage loan servicer?

The last payment can be balloon. As far as the disclosures are concerned, have a word with your attorney and he will be able to help you in this regard.
