My parents died years aga and on the deed my 2 brothers, sister and myself are named as the beneficiary's. I haven't lived in that house in over 20 years and want no parts of it. We live in Pennsylvania. I would like my name removed from the deed. What do I need to do? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? I would say that the first thing you need to do is to sit down with your siblings and discuss the situation further. Does any of them want the home to live in or as an investment property. If not you might try selling the home and splitting the proceeds. If one of your siblings wants the property than you might contact a title agency to see about having the title listed in just their name. It may cost some money but well worth it if you have no interest in the house.
Good luck _________________ Scott McKay

Prepare and record a Quitclaim deed naming the other title holders as Grantees. _________________ Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
