What do I do about Schedule "B" - Section - I?

Like 0 Dislike 0 I had a second mortgage which the company went belly up. I was sending them my monthly payment and one day it was "return to sender." This happen for 4 months so I stop sending payments. My home owner insurance use to send them also the insurance letter and it was "return to sender." My homeowner insurance company took them off my insurance policy. It has been over 8 or 9 years. I was just trying to refinance and this issue has come back to haunt us. The refinance company told me the second mortgage shows up on the title to the house. I ask the mortgage company to send me a copy of the note and it shows only the present mortgage company name on it. I'm Confuse. I called and spoke with the person helping me refinance and told them "if it is not on my credit report it should not matter and it does not show up on the note to the house." They said if I owe the money it should matter. I asked her to send me a copy of the document that shows the second mortgage on it. That is when this Schedule "B" - Section - I was send to me. It has my original mortgage on it then the second mortgage and a list of other things that don't belong to us. The first name are the same like my husband but the last names are different and the home address are different. I need help, I don't know how to remove the items from this document that do not belong to us and the second mortgage is on it. They refuse to refinance unless I add the second mortgage on the refinance. HELP! Thank you. I tried to be as clear as possible, I hope you can help. By the way we live in Pennsylvania. I know the law is different in every state.
