Hi Cynthia!

Welcome to forums!

You will record the quit claim deed at the county recorder's office where the property is located. You need to contact an attorney, get the deed notarized and get it recorded at the county recorder's office by contacting them. If the property is located in Pennsylvania, then it must be recorded there. Moreover, you'll have to use the quit claim deed form of Pennsylvania in order to transfer the property.

Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
