I baught home last 1 year back.Now when I go to find mortage on this home its already has.

I want to take mortage then what I need to do??
will my new mortage not transferred? Pls Let me know risk in this problem

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. Are you looking to buy a new home? or are you looking to refinance your current home?
