| On a 100,000 home purchase price with 15% down, what current interest rates for a 30 yr and 15 year $85K mortgage, with a 716 fico would I get? |

I have a couple of questions. What city and state is this home purchase going to be in. Also, what type of property is this, e.g. single family home, condominium.

your looking at a range of 4.875 - 5.75 for a 30 year fixed, all depends on if its FHA, conventional, va, ect and a lot of other factors but I hope that range helps
