I am looking for a lender that will loan on investement homes. Also need to be able to loan on manufactured homes (2000 and newer) attached to land as real property.
We are looking to expand our rental portfolio and purchase some for resell. |

There are a number of members within our community that can offer investment loan products. Please specify the location of the properites you are interested in and I'm sure someone can guide you in the right direction. I hope this helps...
