Normally you need to come up with down payment on yoru own, by saving someof your income every month.
In this market there is no bank which will give you money for down paymnet

caramel...the louisiana housing finance agency offers a first-time homebuyer program, including down payment and closing costs assistance. you can check them out on their website (lhfa.state.la.us).
that ought to take care of you in natchitoches and anywhere else in the state of louisiana. if you're successful and you want to reward me for my post, you could send me some crawfish or some gumbo or even just some beignets.
