I live in mobile home that my ex husband purchased and now for 3 years and he wants out of the loan and I have been making payments on the house since he purchased it. I dont have good credit but would like to stay in the house, is it possible to have the loan put in my name without alot of hassle?

You should start by calling your current lender and seeing if you can assume the loan... but there really is no "simple way" to do it... you will usually have to qualify just like if you were buying it yourself. And depending on the terms of the loan and recent market conditions you may be better off finding a different house elsewhere. Also keep in mind I have seen payment on trailers as high as much more expensive houses. It all comes down to the details of the loan you have.
