Like 0 Dislike 0 I live in mobile home that my ex husband purchased and now for 3 years and he wants out of the loan and I have been making payments on the house since he purchased it. I dont have good credit but would like to stay in the house, is it possible to have the loan put in my name without alot of hassle?

And depending on the terms of the loan and recent market conditions you may be better off finding a different house elsewhere. Also keep in mind I have seen payment on trailers as high as much more expensive houses.
