Before 3 years my father has taken mortage loan ,they regulary paid payment.
Now i want to transfer this loan to on my name.
So is This possible?

OR How to Add my Name to a Mortgage ? by this way , what mortage company need?
for to add name on mortage,I need to pay or not??? if Yes then how much percent?
what are document to add need to apply for this?
How can get a better interest rate..???

you need to understand this. If your name is and only your name is on the loan, you have the responsibility to pay the loan. If you are the only person on the loan, you will have to pay all the mortgage. Refinance can help you do that. the interest,rate, terms of the refinance loan depends on a lot of factors. Do shop around and ask mortgage brokers about it. If you can afford the loan, it is possible. Does a attorney help in this case? Hope this helps.
