My job has recently made serious cut-backs that effects my income. I feel the need to cancel my contract because i dont believe I can afford the home anymore. Can i do this, if so how do I go about it.

Could you be more specific... do you already own your home or are you in a purchase contract?

You cna absoultely cancel the contract

you may loose some money
