ever heard of a loan being denied because bank has an issue with broker company?

csarlo1 Joined: 23 Jul 2009 Posts: 2 2.13 Dollars($)	Posted: Thu Jul 23, 2009 4:05 pm    Post subject: ever heard of a loan being denied because bank has an issue Like 0 Dislike 0 I was recently denied an fha loan with a sub 620 score after 3 months of bank reconditioning - after bank losing original paperwork - i resubmitted it all - I met ALL conditions and was denied because bank had an issue with broker company - said it was an issue we wouldn't understand or can't know about.but it def had to do with the broker company - has anyone ever heard of this? Do I have any legal recourse?

And what do you mean by legal recourse?
