I have a 28k lien filed against me, which I have a payment plan in order for, and making all payments on time.. The payment plan is over a 5 yr period.. I have a fico of about 610mid, I live in Texas and am looking for a loan of no more than 180k. please advise...

FHA loan requires minimum 620 FICO score.so I think it will be difficult..
