renting out my house right now trying to do a loan modification so I can then move in. Will they modify my loan

Interestign above two posts!!
Most of the lenders willnot work with you on loan modificaton when they consider the property as an investment property
Best option for you would be to move in to the house then ask for loan modification
by the way the above two posts do nto make sense ata all. please ignore those
