can a mortgaged property be quit claimed to my mother and father? I live in al and I still owe on it, but can I do this , but still be responsible for the loan? Can they have sole interest in the home? This is what I want to do. thanks

You can do quit claim dedd and that will transfer the property interest to your parents

But you will be responsible for the loan
