Guest	Posted: Fri Aug 28, 2009 6:30 am    Post subject: Bankruptcy In michigan Hi I am thinking about filing chapter 7 bankruptcy in michigan. I just had a baby and really see no other way out. The child care plus basic care she needs has me to the point where I do not have money for myself to eat. I am also including my house in the bankruptcy and moving back in with my parents. My question is though once I file do I have to leave the home right away?
