We are not behind in our mortgage or car payment, we are 30 days behind in some of our credit cards..we have become much more economical in purchasing groceries and just about stopped any prescription medicines. My husband is disabled and I am retired ( getting some social security) and working weekends.
We know that we are slowly going under..we have become almost house bound.
Would we be able to qualify for a Chapter 13?
