I am paying LIC premiums for my sister who is dependent on me. Can I submit those receipts for my tax exemption?
Also, does he have to file a return?
Will he fixed deposits attract tax deducted at source (TDS)?
I also pay rent on hir living home,so that HRA will be consider in tax deduction?
Please Advoice me..!! |

You cannot deduct taxes on the those payments.
Your sister can deduct the same |

It is not legal as you use her receipt for your tax duduction purpose.
It will be use for your sister's tax deduction purpose. |
