| I am refinancing my home in Austin Texas. Do I have to be physically present under Texas law in order to close the loan process? or can I use couriers to transmit necessary documents? |

There is no law which requires you to be physically present. Otherwise, it depends on your lender. Most lenders will allow you to do it by mail or Fedex.
