My house is in forclosure , I am currently living in the home . My husband and I have been apart 3 yrs . I am not at all on the loan but on the deed . What is gonna happen now , I have been handed court papers to sign .
Is this gonna end up in my name going bad ? I am also in process of getting a divorce but have not got to court yet until we finish are classes , any advise ?

You will need to vacate firt and you will loose the house

If your name is not on the loan then you are ok, it will not affect your credit
