My husband and I have been apart 3 yrs . I am not at all on the loan but on the deed . What is gonna happen now , I have been handed court papers to sign . Is this gonna end up in my name going bad ? I am also in process of getting a divorce but have not got to court yet until we finish are classes , any advise ? Orlando,fl
