Your going to have to get that lien off your credit one way or another.
Have you tried disputing it with the credit agencies and seeing if it can be removed simply in this way?
If not you may have to get something from your ex stating that you are not responsible, and try again with this new information disputing it.
If that doesn't work you may have to try to settle it. Maybe your ex can kick in and help you pay to settle it. Most of the time they will settle for pennies on the dollar. _________________ Chris Burns
