Yes. Assuming he's not on the mortgage then a quit claim will be the way to go.

| Yes you can do quit claim deed and ask your ex to tarsnfer the property ownership to your name |

signing house property over in divorce papers means an agreement but it needs to be recoreded in country's office. |
