First mtg only for 280K. VA loan and home is worth 120k. We want to walk away. We live in Arizona. We could keep the home but we don't want it. It will never be worth anything in this economy and we have another home we are living in. Please don't preach about morals etc and I just don't feel it's good business to keep this home and I do feel that the bank and the appraiser sold the home for more than it was worth in the first place. What do you predict the bank will do? What do you predict the VA will do?
Thank you.
