We have a wonderful builder as we assumed we were cleared to build and are almost done. We purchase land from folks at our church and are waiting to get their home equity lein released. It was 100.00 and has been paid. We are waiting for it to get recorded at the court house. We still don't even have our construction loan. Their lien was released August 30th. We are in panic mode and the builder is beginning to get anxious as he has contractors to pay. There lien release is thru Wells Fargo. What do we do if this continues to drag on? Ho long do we wait and what should we do?

Have called the bank and check for the status

May be they are also wtitign for the lein to be released
