Should this be extended everyone ( Not just first time home buyer)

It should be extended for FT home buyers, Im in the process of buying, but its tough in my area, there are bidding wars going on here. so trying to find a home for a really good price is crazy to say the least....

Market condition is not going bad. it has started moving upwards. but still some support is required.

since it will attract more buyers to the market, i believe it ought to be continued...not so sure about adding others besides first-time buyers.

Extending to every one is not gonig to support Market. It is a Rat race. Just to avail, 8K, people will start transactions. No real boost to Economics

I think the fear of not gettign thsi credit is already catchign up in the market

If you see the recent numbers it looks like poeple are not buying due the fear that they may not get this tax credit

people who wish to have this credit are nervous, undoubtedly, about whether or not they'll meet the november 30 deadline.

not necessarily more activity...more fear that they won't get in under the wire. we've actually seen a little bit of a depression in the buying market here. fewer folk are looking as seriously, as they've become nervous.

Looks like if this isextened then it will have a bigger impact than estiamted

I think it shoudl eb extened to not only first time buyer,it shoudl be forany one, who is willign to buy a house
