My partner and I separated and we are currently joint owners of a townhouse. I could barely afford it and would like to get rid of my name from it/give up my ownership of the house. We tried selling it several times but no luck whatsoever with the economy we're having. What do I need to do?
Thank you.

You cna do quit claim deed to give full ownership to yoru partner,ut you will be still laible to pay the loan. That does nto relase you fromthe loan

So ask your partner to refiaicne the loan inhis/her name and later you cna give quit claim deed

So you will be free from that property
