i have been given a offer from my curent Mortgage people to re- mortgage my house so that i can pay off my ex husband but he disagrees with the amount they have valued the house for and so his share is not enough for him and he wants more money.
But my mortgage people will not value the house any higher and they are the ones lending the money. but my ex husband wants three more quotes. which i know will be higher but the money being lent can not go up! what can i do/

what you can do is only the best you can do, which you've done. everyone always thinks their property is worth more than an appraised value will demonstrate.

if he won't settle for the maximum allowed, then you may just want to delay this transaction until reality hits him in the face.
