I own a timeshare that is paid in full. We dont use it and are tired of paying the yearly fees. How do we get it out of our name. I dont even want money for it. Tried listing it with a timeshares sales place with no luck after being listed for months.

Well then try listing it on ebay and see if that helps

You liste the with what ever the price you like and probably you will get some attention

Also other way is call teh time share and ask them that you want to sell it back to them

Now so many timeshare companies do offer the choice to exchange the time share with other offers such as points, cruiseships stays, airline tickets. So if you are interested in that then you could take advantage of that or else you can try advertising it with craiglist and surely there will be takers for that.

keep in touch.......
