Can the fha 203k rehab mortgage be used for a house that has slight mold damage. Haven't found a strait answer.

FHA 203(K) is used for purchasign a hosue and doign the necessary repair

Yes you cna borrow from 203K if you are plannign to do the repair on the house after you purchase (Ex; Remove mold)

I think you cna always say that the additional money youa re norrwing is required to clean up the mold
