If I signed an Intersposal Transfer Deed in California as part of a Divorce settlement, but I was never taken off the loan, will I have any responsibility to the mortgage company if my ex stops paying the mortgage?

Yes, if your name is still on the mortgage, you are equally responsible for payment to the mortgage company

Your ex needs to refinance the loan in his or her name and that will rmeove your name from the mortgage
