The Reaffirmation Agreement means, Its legal documents to contact between creditor & you, that you will pay off debts to your creditor that you borrowed. with the bankruptcy signing. It helps you to keep you property to your after signing a bankruptcy.The lender ganrantees that, He will not take back property, untill you pay off him.
