lenders don't monitor the obituaries, and they aren't concerned about who is paying the mortgage, as long as they're continuing to get paid. _________________ George M. Akerley

just keep making the payments, tennille. you could always refinance if that suits you, but you may find it easier just to continue paying until it's gone completely. _________________ George M. Akerley
