ME AND MY FIANCE HAVE PURCHASED A HOME. IT IS SOLEY IN HIS NAME THROUGH THE MILITARY VA. WE WANT ME TO HAVE PART OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY SO THAT IF IT WAS SOLD IT WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE BY BOTH OF US, TO BASICALLY HAVE THE SAME LEGAL RIGHTS TO THE HOUSE WITHOUT BEING ON THE MORTAGE BECAUSE I CANT UNTIL WE ARE MARRIED, BUT UNTIL THEN HE WANTS ME TO HAVE OWNERSHIP TO THE HOME WHAT IS THE BEST FORM TO FILL OUT FOR THAT IN NEW JERSEY.
