looking to buy another home after foreclosure

credit scores
wife 525 on job 4+ yr 65K a year
spouse 626 on job 2+ yr 50k a year

we had a foreclosure 2 yrs ago, have charge offs on credit report, have been renting for 2 year with no late payments, have never been late on 2 vehicle loans, what are our chances, what should be do first.

Almost everyone requires three years after the foreclosure before you can get a new loan.

as chris mentions, you'll probably have to wait a little longer.

in the mean time you might want to consider ways to try and up your credit scores so when you can apply for loans you have a better chance of getting them.

Do you have any other outstanding debts at present?
