how would I know if I have to pay recapture tax on my condo?
I have lived there for 2 years; my payment or salary hasn't gone up. |

Google has listings for WHEDA loans, whioch appear to be Wisconsin Housing and Development loans for first time buyers.
Maybe WHEDE is meant to be WHEDA.
Other than not, I have no idea how to answer the question.
