My sister has just received her last unemployment check, cannot find employment and does not qualify for any further unemployment extensions. She owns her Ohio home outright but has no money to live on.

Are there any home equity loans available that don't need paid back but do not have a minimum age requirement such as age 62 to qualify for HECM?
