I aplied for a FHA loan 30 years (Sovereing Bank), and I get the commiment letter with conditions ones I fiiled up after I get the closing instruccions and my attorney send them back ready .we had already the closing day; a day before of closing day my lender email me a new conditions from the people of FHA, he said that was surprise for him too; just I don;t understand if this is correct or not, we're doing this from august and is oct 24 already; no more time seller is given extension and extension and this is the last one for oct 28 and my lender even no answers my calls. they had a 2th appraisal and we didn't hear anything yet. Any advise??? I wish i can have a numer of FHA people to ask them directly what's going on; because my lender before he said a had the mortgage and now we're waiting and waiting. Please helpe me i been charged 50 per diem for the extension.

i don't follow your title, concerning appraisal. what happened with the second appraisal (is that right?) that caused another delay? you need to be more specific with your query.

by all means your lender ought to be able to give you a better idea of all this than any of us can. have another conversation with them.

But ultimately the bank goes by the apprisal vavlu and provide you the loan based on that
