I'm currently in the process for a loan mod and have missed this months payment. how lond would it take for this missed payment to appear on my credit. Also, would a loan mod appeared on the credit right away? Please help

No, loan modification will not appered on your credit report but Late payment of this month will appear on your credit report in next credit report updates.
