juanita Guest	Posted: Wed Oct 28, 2009 7:28 am    Post subject: mortgage I just send all the info for a loan mod for my first mortgage and contacted the second to see if i could do a laon mod as well, but they told me that since this was a second home a didn't qualified for a modification, is this true? The balance is 38,000 with chase if I can't do a loan mod, i'm wondering if they will do a refinance with a lower APR to lower my balance or just not pay it. what should I do? thanks _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
