I live in Ohio and including my home equity loan, even if I sell the house both mortgages would not get paid. To keep the house can I include the second mortgage (home equity loan) in my bankruptcy discharge.

YOu can't keep house it you discharged from second mortgage. Thanks. gunz.ijjistaff.
