I owned a tanning salon, and had excellent credit. We purchased another one, and it did not make it. We filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and had to close both salons. I want to lease the building and reopen the first salon we purchased that did great. Any helpful tips on how to go about it? Our bankruptcy is not final yet. We just had our 341 meeting this Wed.
