I am on a deed not the note, now have medical judgements on the house and being sued by mortgage note owners. Could i quit claim the house back and what would happen to the judgements?

We do not really know "legal" issues oftentimes as we are mortgage people and not attorneys. Perhaps attorneys review this site and could provide some answers.
Many of us can give an opinion and that opinion could be based on logic or having experienced such a case.
My opinion is that quit claim deeding after judgments are filed does nothing to protect the property and the owners from the judgments. Doing a quit claim deed befoire the judgments may also accomplish nothing if the quitclaim occurred for some reasonable time frame before the judgments hit.
I base that opinion not on any legal knowledge or training. I base that opinion on the belief I have that one can not hide assets or transfer them for maybe up to three years before something occurs--like hiding or transferring assets before becoming eligible for medicaid or before entering anursing home or giving money to heirs before it becomes part of the estate, etc.
