Can I get a mortgage loan without having employment

Will it be hard for me to get to get a mortgage loan without a job when I apply? I want a $70,900 house and putting $50,000 down on it plus its going through the VA) Vendee Financing Program. I'm a full time student and get BAH from the Post 9/11 GI Bill and child support monthly. Its been hard trying to find a job that i can work around my school schedule.

Hi,

If you have 620 credit score with Good credit history, 3.5% for down payment. Then you can get FHA loan.
