Are time share mortgage refinanceable?.

Like 0 Dislike 0 Are there any mortgage companies who refinance time share mortgages We have plans. to use our TS for our retirement in the winter months. We are currently both working and are paying a 15-16% rate on the loans and would like to find a lowwer rate if possible
