I already have 9 months old without paying my house, and have a little money in the bank that lent me the money. can they hold my money to pay the mortgage?

If you have some balance money in bank then you have to keep paying mortgage dues other viz lender will file foreclosure on your house.

OR

if he got information about your bank balance he will sue you to court & if court allow them to get payments from your balance.

Thank you.
