The only time that I went to court was 3 months ago, none of the creditors were there, the judge ask for them , but nobody answer. Now, last week, a office lawyer call me representing best buy,(one of my creditors) and they told me that they discharge my account. They do not want money from me, what they want is the computer that I buy from them 9 months ago.

It sounds like you've attained the discharge. If you used an Attorney, your Attorney should call you when they find out you've been discharged. Otherwise you can visit the court and ask them for a copy of the paperwork, if you haven't received it via mail.

Is a "best buy" credit card secured? If yes, they can ask for your computer back. If no, the computer is yours - they should have attended the 341A Creditors Meeting if they wanted it back, and spoke up when they had the opportunity.
