I have two mortgages with high interest rates and I have high credit card debt. I don't have enough money to live because of my bills. What coud I do?

A cash-out refinance to pay off the credit debt. After paying off the debts, it may be beneficial to close out a large majority of the cards in order to keep yourself from falling into a deeper debt. I hope this helps...
